What you control
- whether to participate in OLH screening;
- whether to consent to the sharing of your screening information required to participate; and
- whether to consent to a referral to a service partner.
How your authorized information is used
With the consent required to participate, your questionnaire and kiosk screening information is sent securely to the OLH Nurse Navigator. AI may help organize the information before your call. The Nurse Navigator reviews the source information and uses human judgment during the call.
What OLH does not do
- The kiosk and app do not provide a medical diagnosis.
- AI does not make the final decision about your care.
- Your information is not sent to a service partner without the permissions required for that connection.
- OLH does not replace emergency services, a family doctor or other members of your healthcare team.
